Deleting your account

In the app: Settings, then Delete account. On the website: Settings, then Delete my account. Your profile is hidden straight away and deleted within 30 days. Read the full details on Delete your account.

Cancelling a subscription

Cancel where you bought it. You keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for.

iPhone (App Store): Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, then RustMatch, then Cancel subscription.
Android (Google Play): open Google Play, tap your profile picture, then Payments and subscriptions, then Subscriptions, then RustMatch, then Cancel.
Website: log in, open Settings, then Manage subscription.

Refunds for app purchases are handled by Apple or Google. Got a new phone? Log in and tap Restore purchases on the plans screen.

Reporting a player

Open the menu on the player's card, profile or chat and choose Report. Pick a reason, add any details, and send. Reports are private: the player is not told who reported them. We review every report within 24 hours.

If someone seems to be under 16, or is targeting younger players, choose Underage. Read our Child Safety Standards.

Blocking a player

Open the same menu and choose Block. You will no longer see each other, and any match and chat between you is removed.

Staying safe

Keep personal details private: your full name, address, school, and phone number.
Never share your Steam, console or email password, or codes sent to you.
Never send money, skins or gift cards to someone you met here. Trades and "giveaways" are often scams.
Be careful with links and files, even from teammates.
If anyone makes you uncomfortable, block and report them.
